Founded by Dr. Becky Low, Be Glow Consultancy brings together extensive global corporate leadership experience and board-level advisory expertise across diverse industries and business environments. With over 30 years of experience, Dr. Low has led large-scale HR transformation, shared services, payroll operations, HRIS implementation, and organizational initiatives across global organizations including TikTok, Meta (Facebook), Bloomberg, and Huawei — supporting complex, high-growth operations across more than 100 countries.
Beyond her corporate leadership experience, Dr. Low actively advises Boards, leadership teams, institutions, associations, and organizations on governance, organizational effectiveness, people strategy, operating models, and leadership transformation. She also serves as Secretary-General of the Malaysia Independent Non-Executive Director Association (MINED), where she contributes to advancing corporate governance excellence, board effectiveness, and leadership development.
